Trening komunikacji interpersonalnej

Training Overview

This interpersonal communication training focuses on the practical aspects of effective communication between employees. In healthcare environments (hospitals, clinics, private medical centers), friction and tension are common. Interpersonal communication helps teams work things out—it “teaches you how to fish, not just gives you the fish”: it opens people up to different perspectives and helps everyone stay focused on shared goals.

Participants learn how to identify and remove communication barriers, practice active listening, and express emotions appropriately. A key component is assertiveness in communication. Exercises are based on real workplace situations brought by participants, which makes the learning immediately applicable. During workshop practice, participants learn to receive input from others without escalating emotions such as anger or negative attitudes.

An additional element is recognizing different personality types (“personality colors”) and adapting messages—both form and content—so communication is clear and effective.
Healthcare teams can also fall into closed “us vs. them” groups—so-called silos. Another common issue is the feeling that “our work isn’t appreciated” or that responsibility is being pushed elsewhere. This training helps break down walls and bridge divides within the team.

Group size: up to 21 participants (an additional fee of PLN 350 applies for each participant above 16).

  • Format: in-person training delivered anywhere in Poland.
  • Recommended for teams of 3+ people
  • Supports achieving team goals through stronger cooperation
  • Builds a positive work environment by understanding emotions and their impact on relationships (I use 34 emotion cards to support this work)
  • Includes techniques inspired by NVC (Nonviolent Communication) by Marshall Rosenberg
  • Encourages colleagues to speak up and listen—especially valuable when giving and receiving feedback
