Course Overview — Team Management in Healthcare Facilities

These workshops are designed for managers, team leaders, supervisors, and coordinators working in a clinic, hospital, or other healthcare organization. Participants will learn practical team management techniques tailored to the realities of healthcare—how to motivate people, build leadership authority, set goals, ensure execution, and delegate effectively.

The training includes hands-on exercises that strengthen day-to-day people management skills, support clear goal setting and accountability, and improve delegation in real workplace situations.

  • Format: in-person training delivered at the client’s premises or another location anywhere in Poland.
  • Strong focus on building leadership authority and credibility
  • Based on Ken Blanchard’s situational leadership approach
  • Tailored to healthcare-specific team dynamics in functionally diverse teams (doctors, medical reception/registration, nurses, administration)
  • Provides tools for difficult conversations using the M.O.S.T. and FUKO frameworks
  • Builds managers’ confidence and addresses common leadership doubts and challenges
  • Teaches delegation of responsibility and task assignment with a clear 7-step structure
  • Flexible agenda—answers real questions from day-to-day work and current challenges
  • Practical exercises that let participants “feel” typical management mistakes and understand their impact on employee motivation (and demotivation)
  • Supports honest, healthy manager–employee relationships—because staff turnover most often results from problems along this axis
