Training Overview

Rebranding is a brand refresh process that includes both visual changes (e.g., logo, brand colors) and internal transformation. The goal of this training is to help define the scope of the rebrand, align it with changing market conditions and customer expectations, and plan a successful implementation. Participants will learn how to conduct a market analysis, set objectives, develop a strategy, and execute the changes effectively.

Group size: up to 14 participants, maximum 20 participants (an additional fee of PLN 500 applies for each participant above 14).

  • Format: in-person training delivered at the client’s premises or another location anywhere in Poland.
  • Methods used: facilitated discussions, short lectures, group exercises, individual work, case studies, workshops, role-playing
