What does the training quality guarantee mean?

The A to Z Quality Guarantee means that if participants rate the workshop below 4 out of 5 in an anonymous evaluation survey, I waive my fee. This guarantee applies to in-person training delivered for a minimum of 5 participants, covering topics such as:

  • team management,
  • interpersonal communication,
  • sales techniques,
  • professional customer/patient service,
  • and other “tailor-made” topics agreed after discussing your objectives and expectations.

Am I afraid of lower ratings?

If I received poor ratings, it would mean I didn’t do my job properly. In the past 12 years, however, I have never received an average score below 4 out of 5.

The fee is only one part of the cost. The other is taking employees away from their day-to-day responsibilities. Bringing people together for training is a significant organizational effort—so the time must be used productively and in a way that truly motivates.

After the workshop, participants should feel that their work matters, has real impact, and that they are part of a team.

Adam Zajchowski – business trainer,

A graduate of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS), with an M.A. in Sociology from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, and a graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology in Human Resources Management. A sociologist and trainer by education, he is also passionate about survival skills and skydiving—competences he successfully applies in business as well.

As an experienced training professional, he treats the implementation of effective sales techniques and unlocking unused potential as top priorities. His passion lies in identifying needs and acquiring customers effectively. He pays particular attention to inefficient organizational structures and processes.
