Course Overview
These workshops are designed for managers, team leaders, supervisors, and coordinators. Participants will learn modern team management techniques, how to motivate people, and how to build leadership authority. - Teaches the art of delegating responsibility and assigning tasks in a clear 7-step structure
- Flexible agenda—tailored to real questions, current responsibilities, and immediate challenges
- Practical exercises that help participants “feel” typical management mistakes and understand their impact on employee motivation (and demotivation)
- Helps build honest, healthy manager–employee relationships—because employee turnover most often stems from issues on this axis
