Priorities of the National Training Fund (KFS) funded programs for 2026

  1. Improving management and communication in the company. Based on anti-discrimination and anti-mobbing principles, developing social dialogue, employee participation, and supporting workplace integration.
  2. Supporting skills development in occupations identified as shortage professions
    In a given area, i.e., at county (powiat) or voivodeship (województwo) level.
  3. Supporting lifelong learning related to new processes, technologies, and work tools With a particular focus on digital skills, AI, and so-called “green skills,” especially when these factors may pose a risk of job loss.
  4. Supporting skills development in the health and care services sector Including support for skills development of members or employees of social cooperatives, and employees working in social enterprises listed in the register maintained by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy (MRPiPS).
