I am a graduate of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS) and hold an M.A. in Sociology from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. I also completed Human Resources Management studies at Gdańsk University of Technology. By education, I am a sociologist and trainer. Privately, I practice survival skills and skydiving—competences I also translate into business practice.

As an experienced training professional, I treat the implementation of effective sales techniques and unlocking unused potential as top priorities. I am passionate about identifying needs and acquiring customers efficiently. I pay particular attention to ineffective organizational structures and processes.

Since 2010, I have delivered workshops for employee teams and management boards. I specialize in areas such as team communication, effective sales, professional customer service, and business strategies. My training programs motivate participants and help prevent professional burnout. I also offer workshops on organizational culture and cybersecurity awareness. I have delivered more than 400 training sessions across Poland.

I combine expertise with intuition and a pragmatic approach. I identify both risks and opportunities in the development of projects, brands, and people.

Over 25 years of professional activity—including more than 10 years in training delivery—have allowed me to build strong competencies and implement best practices in a practical, hands-on way.
